Glonghui May 16 丨 China Health Technology Group (01069tigerroad.HK) AnnouncementtigerroadOn May 16, 2024, the company and Fujian Ningde Skora Technology Co., Ltd.("Skora") entered into a non-legal and binding strategic cooperation memorandum. According to the strategic cooperation memorandum, the two parties agreed to cooperate in the development and sales of ginseng extracted ionic energy water in the People's Republic of China.
Skora is a limited liability company established in China. Its main business is committed to the research and development and sales of ginseng extracted ionic energy water, wholesale and retail of edible agricultural products (000061), and acquisition and sales of primary agricultural products. According to the strategic cooperation memorandum, in order to jointly develop cooperative business, the company has the advantages of ginseng planting and sales business, and will strengthen exchanges and collaboration with Skula in various aspects such as research and development and sales of ginseng extraction technology, and complement and share. The two parties will enter into a formal agreement on cooperation business in due course.
The board of directors believes that the signing of a strategic cooperation memorandum between the Group and Skora will help the Group develop ginseng planting and ginseng deep processing business. This business activity enhances the Group's financial performance and profitability.
