China Huaxing (00485) issued an announcementstarpokerOn May 17, 2024, the company received a petition for winding up against the company filed in the High Court of the Special Administrative Region of China Hong Kong on the same day. The petition was made by Ms. Qian Hui (holder of Bond B) and sought to wind up the company under the provisions of the Companies (Winding Up and Miscellaneous Provisions) Ordinance, Cap. 32 of the Laws of Hong Kong. The petition involved a total outstanding amount of 390 for Bond Bstarpoker.190,000 Hong Kong dollars and will be heard in the High Court at 10 am on July 31, 2024.
