PRAGUE, June 17 (Xinhua) -- Nine people were injured on Monday in an ammunition explosion at a military training area in Libava, east Czech Republic, the Czech News Agency (CTK) reportedslotsroomcasino.
Citing local hospital sources, the CTK said nine soldiers were injured, and two of them were transported to hospital by helicopter.
The Czech Armed Forces said on the social media platform X around noon that they were dealing with "a serious accident" in the Libava military training area, where unspecified ammunition exploded.
"Unfortunately, there were injuries at the scene," the Czech Armed Forces said, adding that the incident was being handled by the military police.■
