TOKYO, June 23 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 4fastestfish.9 struck off Japan's northeastern prefecture of Fukushima on Sunday, the country's weather agency saidfastestfish.

No tsunami warnings have been issued by the Japan Meteorological Agency.■
