此外，Ngo Agnes Catherine自2024年1月12日起至今合共已减持该公司9,999股股份，总价值约19.28万美元。

什么是Form 144？

《1933年美国证券法》Rule 144规定：上市公司中关联方（上市公司持股10%以上的大股东、公司高管及董事成员）以及从关联方中获得股票（这一类股票属于限制性受限证券或者控制证券）的持股人，在卖出这类股票时必须遵守严格的披露程序，卖出前需向SEC申报Form 144文件。

其中，关联方必须持有证券至少六个月，卖出的股数不得超过已发行股份总数的1%。关联方在任何三个月期间出售的股票数量超过5,000股时，或总市值超5万美元时须向SEC提交该表格。
